Traci attained a bachelor degree from the University of North Texas and spends her time selling real estate as well as teaching. With a background in sales and teaching, Traci is extremely passionate about helping others. She has served on the SHAC Committee with BISD, the Breckenridge Chamber of Commerce Board, and is currently serving on the Board for the Breckenridge Country Club.
Traci has almost a decade of real estate experience, having became a licensed realtor in 2015. In 2021, she became a licensed broker and formed Southridge Realty Group.
Traci moved to Breckenridge 18 years ago and resides on Hubbard Creek Lake. She is married to Jason Bounds with 4 children, 2 beautiful granddaughters, and a new baby grandson. She enjoys the outdoors and all it has to offer. When she isn’t working she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
